SOMMELIER NOTES
Color: Intense ruby red.
Nose: Rich and ripe, with notes of concentrated black fruit, spices, and licorice.
Palate: Dense tannins and a velvety texture. A persistent fruit presence and vibrant acidity provide a refreshing finish.
It pairs perfectly with roasted meats, game, and medium- or long-aged cheeses.

Vinification: Double sorting table, gentle pressing, and fermentation in stainless steel and concrete tanks, with a small proportion aged in barrels at a maximum temperature of 25°C for 21 days. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new oak barrels, with the batches kept separate for the first 12 months. After this period, the final blend is produced and aged for another 12 months in the same barrels. It then rests in the bottle for a further 12 months before release.
