The Dalmore 15; the epitome of our house style, this single malt is finished in different casks that previously held various types of aged sherry, including Apóstoles, Amoroso, and Matusalem Oloroso. Each sherry cask, personally selected by our master whiskey maker, imparts its own unique characteristics and flavors to The Dalmore 15, complementing the vanilla and honey notes from the ex-bourbon American white oak casks.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Orange marmalade, cinnamon, and nutmeg
Palate: Mandarin, vanilla, ginger, and apple puree
Finish: Caramelized orange and rich dark chocolate
