Unusually for this collection, Glenfiddich Vintage is a lightly shaken whiskey. European oak barrels give it a vibrant toffee apple character, while American oak imparts layers of additional smoky embers and a velvety vanilla smoothness.
The distinctive Cask Collection Solera tank is used to meld these complex flavours, adding additional layers of richness, depth and complexity to create a distinctive, lingering, smoky whiskey with a delicate but noticeable peat note.

TASTING NOTES
COLOUR: golden barley
SMELL: Freshly cut straw and a smoke that refers to a bonfire. Smoky and leafy, floral notes that surprise and enchant.
TASTE: An initial burst of sweetness with vanilla, crème brûlée and citrus followed by a blast of smoke, smoldering embers and prairie flowers.
FINISH: Long, smoky floral notes
