TASTING NOTE
Nose: Perfumed. It offers us a delicious aromatic range in which notes of tropical and citrus fruits apricot, peach, apple, pineapple and grapefruit merge.
Palate: Vivacious on entry. It advances, delighting with its flavors of tropical and citrus fruits. Lightness, freshness and softness throughout its entire journey until its faint finish.
Pairing: Ideal as an aperitif, with salads, antipastos, fish and seafood.

This wine is a limited edition of 23,200 bottles (2018), it comes from a vineyard of only 10 hectares located in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. The wine is presented with the Certification of Origin. Wine from the Land of Castilla y León. Since it was not until 2019 that the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Ribera del Duero included the production of white wines from this variety. Albillo Mayor is a variety native to this famous region. It is a smooth, tasty wine, very pleasant and easy to enjoy. A great alternative.
