Tasting Notes
Appearance: Bright golden yellow, with greenish or amber hues depending on the vintage.
Nose: Intense and complex. Aromas of stone fruits (peach, apricot), ripe citrus, honey, white flowers, and a herbal touch are evident. The aging process provides notes of toast, nuts, and beeswax.
Palm:Full-bodied, fresh, but with a creamy texture. Balanced acidity supports the rich fruitiness. Flavors of honey, almonds, ripe lemon, and subtle minerality are perceived. A long, elegant, and persistent finish.

Food Pairing
El Enemigo Semillon is very versatile thanks to its acidity and complexity:
- Seafood and fish: oysters, grilled prawns, ceviche, baked whitefish.
- Asian cuisine: sushi, sashimi, dishes with ginger, or mild curries.
- White meats: chicken with herbs, turkey, glazed pork.
- Cheeses: Brie, Camembert, Gruyère, and goat cheeses.
