Pale yellow in color with green and silver reflections. On the nose, aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit, asparagus, notes of white flowers. On the palate, a great balance between fruit, floral notes and acidity. It is crunchy, a sensation that is perceived by the acidity. Fresh and persistent.
PAIRINGS AND SERVICE: Ideal to accompany fish and shellfish. Serve at 12°C.
VINEYARDS: Located in Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco, province of Mendoza. Stony soils with presence of silt and clay.
