Pale straw yellow white wine with greenish reflections. Honeysuckle and jasmine are very present on the nose with poached quince and mandarin peel. On the palate flavors of grapefruit pith and lemon while the texture adds layers of persistence to the fruit. The fermentation of wild yeast and aging on lees are responsible for providing a rich and silky palate.
