COLOUR: A straw yellow colour with greenish tones, clean and very bright.
NOSE: Aromas of fresh tropical fruit, banana and pineapple, in perfect harmony with floral notes of lavender, aniseed touches of fennel and thyme typical of the Verdejo variety and tones of hay and fresh grass.
MOUTH: A hint of acidity is appreciated that gives it a notable freshness in perfect harmony with the alcohol that does not stand out, with an elegant fruity sensation and a typical bitter finish typical of the variety.
