Tasting Notes
This cuvée, the result of blending two vintages, reveals all the characteristics of Chardonnay. Its complexity, its great vinosity, and a surprisingly fresh finish are highly appreciated by discerning wine lovers. APPEARANCE: The light, delicate foam elegantly complements the shimmering gold highlights of its green-tinted surface.
ON THE PALATE: A creamy sensation of fine bubbles combined with hints of pastry and minerals. A persistent finish with a fresh and measured smoothness.
ON THE NOSE: A very pure intensity of aromas of nuts (almond, fresh hazelnut), mingled with white-fleshed fruits.
SERVING: Pairs perfectly with caviar or delicious oysters, as well as grilled fish and shellfish.
