Extra Dry Sparkling Wine made from Glera and Pinot Noir grapes, vinified using red wine fermentation techniques. This gives the Cuvée its evocative peach blossom pink color. The wine then undergoes secondary fermentation using the Charmat method, aging on its lees in autoclaves for 60 days to enhance its secondary aromas.
