To make Ancho Reyes Verde, the chiles are picked while still green and roasted over a fire for a few hours. Then they are cut into slices and pureed so that they are ready for the maceration that will last 6 months. Each bottle of Ancho Reyes liqueur is labeled and bottled by hand, one by one.
