Expressive with notes reminiscent of recently fermented grapes, primary aromas and notes of black and red fruits such as blackberries and plums stand out.
Warm entrance. It immediately reveals its exquisite flavors of black fruits and spices. In its journey it displays a conjunction of freshness and maturity, harmony and intensity. Prolonged and pleasant finish.
Recommended Pairing: Iberian sausages, oily fish, white and red meats, duck, lamb, classics such as suckling pig and suckling lamb. As well as mature cheeses (sheep cheeses do very well).
