TASTING NOTES:
Complex Nose. Great expression of ripe red fruit, and some black fruits, accompanied by fine notes of toasted cedar, tobacco and mineral memories.
in the Mouth Sensual and seductive. Expressive flavors of cherry and plum, accompanied by mineral touches that give it complexity and great richness. Very polished tannins, vibrant acidity that tells of its youth, of great intensity and elegance. Dense, wide, deep and very accommodating.
Pairing: A wine that is enough by itself. The best red meats would be its company, lamb, game and mature cheeses.
