Light ruby in color, it is a complex and multi-layered wine, in which notes of red cherries and a nuance of black tea leaves predominate. Refreshing, it has an excellent combination of structure and minerality, with a long and fresh finish.
Denomination of origin: Limarí Valley
VINEYARD: Quebrada Seca Vineyard, Blocks 5 and 6 D.O. Limarí, Limarí Valley
AGEING: 12 months in French oak barrels. 20% of the barrels for first use and 80% for second and third use.
Pairing: An excellent option to accompany gently grilled tuna, salmon with fresh herbs, pork fillet with cherry and pomegranate sauce, lentils with spinach and roasted beets, as well as cheeses such as mature goat, cheddar or brie.

CLIMATE: Coastal. Cool coastal breezes blow directly into the valley and moderate temperatures, which, combined with cloudy mornings, allows for slow, prolonged fruit ripening, producing fresher wines.
SOIL: Quarters 5 and 6 are associated with the Santa Cristina series of soils. They are of colluvial origin, with the presence of cornerstones and a good percentage of red clays and calcium carbonate.
