Its medium-light body and balanced acidity make it ideal for more delicate and complex pairings.
90% French oak, 10% American oak (First use). Barrel age: 10 months
Serving advice: Serve at 14–16°C to enhance its freshness and aromas. Ideal for light dinners, romantic moments, or as a soft meditation wine.
