Intense and sweet flavors of plums and ripe blackberries provided by Malbec are perceived in this wine, along with subtle spicy notes conferred by Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot. The passage through oak further increases the complexity of this wine, giving light notes of vanilla and coffee. The particular voluptuousness and sweetness of this wine allows it to be accompanied with pork rack with honey, lamb and plum tagine or loin with orange.
