80% Malbec | 20% Cabernet Sauvignon
Deep ruby red in color with blue and black flashes. On the nose, a marked presence of black fruits is perceived, reminiscent of blackberries and ripe plums, complemented with notes of spices such as paprika and black pepper, and is perceived as voluminous, with marked and sweet tannins. Voluminous, with marked and sweet tannins. Great structure and complexity, which confer a long finish with an aftertaste of fruit and toast.
PAIRING: Combines well with protein-rich dishes such as roasted red meats and game meats. Complex wines like this Grand Assemblage will have a better chance to shine when paired with complex dishes that have a range of different aromas and flavors.
