IWAI JAPANESE WHISKEY Named in honor of Kiichiro Iwai, a pioneer in the distillation of Japanese whiskey. It is one of the best whiskeys in the world. This whiskey is inspired by the great North American whiskeys, with a predominance of corn balanced by light malts aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Ideal for everyday use, served as a Mint Julep or Old Fashioned.
Tasting note: Sweet and fruity, highlighting the flavors of pear and quince with notes of red fruits and vanilla.
Iwai Mars, It is the highest distillery in all of Japan at 798 meters above sea level. which translates into lower temperatures, slower maturation and abundant aquifers naturally filtered in granite and fed by melting ice, their whiskeys are elegant, sophisticated and very complex.
