Aging: 75% fermented in French oak barrels and 25% in stainless steel
Made with grapes from certified organic vineyards. Coming from the Saint Martin vineyard, in Violès, in a new wine-growing area, which is located next to the recognized Gigondas Protected Appellation of Origin. From its fermentation, complexity is added, since after completion the wine continues in contact with its lees, enriching its structure and creaminess. A wine that offers a different experience, a great alternative to dare to explore new aromas, flavors and sensations.

TASTING NOTES
Nose: aromatic complexity that recalls an exquisite combination of toasted barrels, citrus and tropical fruits. Flint, dried apricot, marshmallow, rose and violet.
Palate: A wine with pleasant acidity, tasty texture and creaminess, perceptible intensity, liveliness and pleasant finish.
Pairing: Ceviches, sushi, fish, seafood, rice, pasta (in white sauce) and fresh to modernly intense cheeses.
