TASTING NOTES:
NOSE: Very aromatic and complex. It delights with its expressive bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruits, spices, florals, leather, toast and vanilla.
PALATE: Friendly and seductive entry. You can appreciate the exquisite ripe fruit, its warm tannins, its elegance, balance, intensity and finesse. It appears round, broad and deep, until ending in its long and pleasant finish.
PAIRING: Iberian sausages, oily fish, white and red meats, lamb, game and cured cow or sheep cheeses.

It is a Signature wine. Special for the most exclusive moments. Wine philosophy: from each plant (strain), only one bottle is produced. The age of the vines exceeds 40 years. Yield per hectare of only 3,120 kg/ha, of the 7,500 kg/ha, allowed in the D.O. Ribera del Duero. Thus obtaining superior quality grapes. Limited average production of 30,000 bottles. Maximum quality reflected in the knowledge in the artisanal production of a unique broth. An exceptional and limited rarity.
