TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow, vibrant, and bright. High intensity, very pronounced. Profusion of tertiary aromas from aging and mineral notes. Full-bodied and voluminous. Magnificent. Leaves a long finish from beginning to end. During its production, the wine rests for 36 months on its lees at a controlled temperature to give it complexity and aging potential. This wine maintains its freshness even 20 years after release. A jewel of Galicia.
