It was first produced in 2020 due to the dry weather that year. The harvest took place at the end of September, as usual, but a small plot was set aside to allow for the maximum ripening time. October passed, and it wasn't until November that the weather finally allowed for extended ripening of the grapes. This wine expresses the full potential of the Albariño variety, without being a sweet wine.
